First patient receives personalized cancer vaccine in NEOVACC Phase I trial

myNEO Therapeutics is proud to announce an important milestone in the NEOVACC Phase I clinical trial, with the first patient receiving a personalized therapeutic cancer vaccine for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Led by The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and the University of Liverpool, the NEOVACC study brings together academic institutions, healthcare providers, industry partners, regulatory agencies and government organizations to advance the development of personalized cancer immunotherapies.
As a technology partner in the consortium, myNEO Therapeutics contributes its proprietary ImmunoEngine platform for the discovery and prioritization of patient-specific neoantigens. These neoantigens form the foundation of each individualized therapeutic vaccine, enabling the translation of tumor sequencing data into personalized immunotherapy targets.
