Neoantigen and shared antigen immunotherapeutics
We are instrumental in the (co-)development of both off-the-shelf and personalized therapeutics using our state-of-the-art ImmunoEngine platform. We have multiple partnered programs ongoing, of which 1 off-the-shelf and 1 personalized cancer vaccine trial have received IND/CTA approval with recruitment underway, and 1 personalized trial is ongoing.

We are advancing our first internal program MNE-C261 in microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer (MSS-CRC) to the clinic with the aim of initiating the clinical phase by H1 2027.
